Admission Procedures for New Student Applicants

1.  Submit a completed application

2.  Submit copies of academic records (Grades 1-12)

         Current year's report card

         Previous year's report card or transcript

         Most recent testing scores

3.  Visit Brentwood

         School tour

         Interviews with applicant and parents

         Readiness Assessment (grades PK-12)

         On-site essay (grades 7-12)

4.  Submit financial assistance information if applicable

         Financial aid application to SSS

         Most recent federal tax forms to Brentwood 

           

If the academic achievement level of a grade applicant in grades 2 - 12 is difficult to determine, appropriate testing will be administered.  This testing could include instruments such as SSAT, PSAT, SAT, Stanford Achievement Tests, or subject-related tests.    

All new kindergarten and 1st grade students will be given reading/math readiness tests.  All Pre-K applicants will be given a readiness test to be used as an advisement tool.

Upon acceptance, parent(s) or person(s) legally responsible for fees will pay a $100 registration fee and sign a contract and a promissory note for tuition.Tuition payments are due on the 1st day of each month and are late after the 10th of that same month.  Be sure to get your payment in on time to avoid late fees.  

Upon acceptance, parents will also provide the following documents:

Certificate of Immunization (Georgia form 3231)

Hearing and Vision Record

Birth Certificate (copy)

Social Security Card (copy)

Signed transcript release form
