Whether you are a current family, a prospective parent, an alumnus, or simply learning about our school for the first time, I am grateful that you have taken the time to visit us.
For me, Brentwood School is more than the place where I work. It is home. I am a graduate of this school. I sat in these classrooms, played on these fields, and was shaped by teachers who cared about far more than my grades. The opportunity to return and lead the school that helped raise me is both a tremendous honor and a responsibility I do not take lightly.
At Brentwood School, we believe education is about preparing students not only for college, but for life. We are committed to educating the whole child by challenging students academically, developing them athletically, stretching them creatively through the fine arts, and grounding them spiritually. These areas are not in competition with one another. They work together to help each student discover the gifts God has given them and prepare them for the purpose He has placed before them.
Our faith is the foundation of who we are and what we do. We desire to be a place where students, families, faculty, and staff honor God and honor country. That is not simply a phrase we display. It is a commitment that shapes our classrooms, our athletic fields, our stages, and our relationships. We believe in teaching students to lead with integrity, serve others with humility, respect the freedoms we have been blessed with, and live lives that reflect strong character and biblical values.
Perhaps the most important lesson we hope every student learns is this. Your worth is never determined by a report card, a trophy, a championship, or any other earthly accomplishment. Those achievements are worth celebrating, but they are never the source of a person's value. Our desire is for every student to understand that their true identity and worth are found in Jesus Christ. From that foundation, we encourage every child to pursue excellence in whatever God has called them to do.
One of Brentwood School's greatest strengths is our community. As a small, independent school in rural Georgia, every student is known by name and valued as an individual. Our teachers invest in their students beyond the classroom. Our families support one another. Our alumni remain connected long after graduation. Those relationships create an environment where students are encouraged, challenged, and genuinely cared for as they grow academically, spiritually, and personally.
Our goal is not simply to be the biggest school. It is to be the very best school we can be for the children God has entrusted to our care. Every decision we make is guided by our commitment to provide an exceptional education while remaining firmly grounded in faith, family, and community.

Our greatest prayer for every student who walks across the Brentwood School stage at graduation is not simply that they have earned scholarships, won championships, or achieved academic success, although we celebrate those accomplishments. Our deepest desire is that they know Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of their life and have a personal, lifelong relationship with Him. We pray they leave our campus knowing they are deeply loved, well prepared for the future God has planned for them, and equipped to honor Him in every season of life.
If we accomplish that, then we have fulfilled our calling.
