Congratulations to STAR Student Cadence English and her chosen STAR Teacher, Allison Doolittle!

Cadence has been named our 2025-2026 Brentwood School STAR Student in recognition of her outstanding academic achievement, leadership, and commitment to excellence. As part of this honor, Cadence selected Mrs. Doolittle as her STAR Teacher - a meaningful tribute to the educator who has had the greatest impact on her academic journey.

The Student??Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR) Program is coordinated by the Professional Association of Georgia Educators. The program honors Georgia's high-achieving high school seniors who score highest on the SAT in a single test administration and are in the top 10% (or top 10 students) of their class. Each STAR Student then chooses one teacher who has been most influential in their academic development to share in the recognition.

This year's honor is especially notable as it marks Mrs. Doolittle's ninth selection as a STAR Teacher - a testament to her consistent excellence, dedication to students, and lasting impact in the classroom.
