Dear Friends and Supporters of BRENTWOOD:
While we are in the midst of winter, spring is right around the corner and it will be
time to get ready to play golf! One of the Brentwood Boosters Club's major
fundraisers is the BRENTWOOD SPRING GOLF SCRAMBLE. The 2011 scramble
will be held on Saturday morning, March 19th, 8:30 a.m. at Twin City Country Club.
The format will be a 4 person scramble. The cost to play will be $50.00 per player
or $200.00 per team. We prefer that players sign up as a team, but we will take
singles to help make a team.
We need your HELP! In order to have a successful fundraiser to support
Brentwood athletics, and to keep the entry fees as low as possible, we need
your sponsorship in the tournament. If every Brentwood family would be an
entry level sponsor we could surpass our goal of raising over $10,000.00
this year.
The five levels of sponsorships are:
$50.00 Sponsor "Friend of Brentwood"
Sponsor will be recognized as a "Friend of Brentwood"
supporter in all hand out materials.
$100.00 Sponsor "Blue Club"
Sponsor will be recognized as a "Blue Club" supporter in all
hand out materials and at the awards ceremony. Additionally
a tee sign with the sponsor's name will be placed on the
course.
$200.00 Sponsor "Gold Circle"
Sponsor will be recognized as a "Gold Circle" supporter in all
hand out materials and at the awards ceremony. Additionally
a tee sign with the sponsor's name will be placed on the
course.
$500.00 Sponsor "Eagle Society"
Sponsor will be recognized as an "Eagle Society" supporter in
all hand out materials and at the awards ceremony. A tee
sign with the sponsor's name will be placed on the course.
Additionally, your donation includes entry fee for team of 4
tournament players.
$1000.00 Sponsor "Diamond B Club"
Sponsor will be recognized as a "Diamond B Club" supporter
in all hand out materials. Diamond B Club supporters will
personally receive a diamond shaped crystal award during
the award ceremony. A diamond tee sign with the sponsor's
name will be placed on the course to show your support.
Additionally your donation includes entry fee for team of 4
tournament players.
