From Sandersville, take SR24 to Milledgeville. As you cross the Oconee River entering Milledgeville, do not turn, go straight through the middle of Downtown Milledgeville on Hancock Street (SR49). You will pass through the red lights at Elbert Street, Jefferson Street, Wayne Street, and Wilkinson Street. Then, you will pass the main campus of Georgia College & State University on your right. Then you come to the intersection (red light) of US441 South Business (locally known as Clarke Street). Turn left from Hancock Street (SR49) onto Clarke Street (US441 South Business). Go two blocks (passing straight through the Greene Street intersection). The next road to your right (after Greene Street and opposite Washington Street on your left) will be the entrance to the Centennial Center. Turn right from Clarke Street (US441 Business) into this entrance. Allow 30-45 minutes for travel time. |
